Finding what they type
The gap between what a business calls its work and what a buyer types is where the traffic is lost. Establishing that gap comes before any writing.
the business problem
The first has to be convinced. They were not expecting you, they were looking for nothing, and your message lands in the middle of their day as an interruption. You negotiate from the low position, and your price shows it.
The second arrived with the decision already made. They typed a question, found an answer that was useful before anyone asked them for money, and contacted you themselves. Nothing about that conversation is the same.
Most businesses here have no page that answers a single real question. They have a home page that describes the company, and nobody is searching for that.

One question, one page, answered well enough to be useful before anyone is asked for anything.
A fast site, a readable structure, and correct signals for both languages. None of it ranks anything on its own, and all of it is what stops good pages being wasted.
how we approach it
A page that ranks and disappoints has cost you more than no page at all. The answer comes first, and the ranking is what the answer earns.
We write in French, because that is what people here type. A site that only answers in English is invisible to most of its market.
This is slow, and that is the one honest thing to say about search: nothing happens for weeks, then it compounds and keeps compounding without further spend. Anyone promising otherwise is selling advertising under a different name.
