This page covers the personal data this website handles. It is short because the site collects very little.

What the contact form collects
When you submit the contact form we store the name, company, work email, phone number, company size, what the enquiry is about, and the message you enter. We also record which language you were reading the site in, so we reply in that one. We collect these because we need them to reply usefully rather than with a request for more detail. We do not collect anything else through the form, and there is no other place on this site where you can submit personal data.
What we do with it
We read it and we reply to you. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for their own purposes, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join. If we do start sending anything beyond a direct reply, we will ask you first.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in our own database on a server we control. They are not held in a third-party marketing platform.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live, and for up to two years afterwards in case you come back to us. After that we delete them.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or analytics scripts that profile you across other sites. Fonts are served from our own server rather than a third-party font service, so no request about you leaves our infrastructure when you load a page.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and we will act on it. You do not need to give a reason.
